Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Inseam
Measure from the crotch down to your ankle bone, or use a pair of leggings that fit you well.

Fit Note: Gymshark activewear is designed for a performance fit. Compression styles will feel tighter than relaxed styles. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up unless you prefer a very snug fit.

All measurements are in centimeters. For best results, measure yourself over lightweight clothing or underwear. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
